Project Description
This project is the largest of five University of Auckland building refurbishments that will facilitate the relocation of the UoA’s Faculty of Education and Social Work (EDSW) from the University’s Epsom Campus to the City Campus.
The B201 development encompasses a significant refurbishment of the North and Eastern wings (B201E & B201N) of the UoA’s School of Social Sciences building. Ultimately it will be home to EDSW teaching programs and staff accommodation as well as the Faculty of Arts.
Precon’s Role
Precon are engaged by the University to provide comprehensive project management services from the projects’ conception (in mid-2019) to completion of Construction (in 2023).
