Kiwi Property’s 3 Te Kehu Way is a mixed-use development, located at their Sylvia Park site.
The 7,450 square metre, six-storey development will target a 6 Green Star rating and has been designed with the flexibility to accommodate a range of tenants, including health and medical services.
The new office building responds to demands from corporates wanting the flexibility to base employees at a city fringe ‘spoke’ office. This ‘hub and spoke’ model enables staff to work, meet and collaborate, without commuting into the city centre.
Precon have been engaged by Kiwi Property to provide comprehensive project management services, inclusive of design management, procurement and contract administration.
Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) has been implemented to derisk the design and construction programme and allow for the earliest possible start on site.
