Project Description

Kiwi Property’s 3 Te Kehu Way is a mixed-use development, located at their Sylvia Park site.

The 7,450 square metre, six-storey development will target a 6 Green Star rating and has been designed with the flexibility to accommodate a range of tenants including health and medical services.

The new office building responds to demands from corporates wanting the flexibility to base employees at a city fringe ‘spoke’ office. This ‘hub-and-spoke’ model enables staff to work, meet, and collaborate, without commuting into the city centre.

Precon’s Role

Precon were engaged by Kiwi Property to provide comprehensive project management services, inclusive of design management, procurement, and contract administration.

Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) was implemented to de-risk the design and construction programme and allow for the earliest possible start on site.
