Kiwi Property’s Sylvia Tower presents a new typology of mixed-use development to support the existing retail precinct. The project will provide approx. 27,000m² GFA including ground floor retail, 14,500m² of office and co-working space, and a 140 key hotel and dining.
Visible both near and far, the tower is envisioned as a navigational marker or “lighthouse”, defining Sylvia Park within a largely low-rise suburban location.
