An interior refurbishment of a leased tenancy to accommodate University of Auckland’s (UoA) existing Early Childhood Education (ECE) operations relocated from Alten Road.
Precon were engaged by the University to provide comprehensive Design and Project Management services from the project’s conception in early 2024. The project was on a fast-track programme with a tight construction duration to meet the UoA requirements. The outcome is an exceptional space completed on time and in operation just ahead of the programme.
