Project Description
The University of Auckland B230 project involves redevelopment of a Sector 200 site with a new 13-storey tower and adjoining a 2-storey podium building to accommodate:
- – Academic staff and postgraduates
- – Teaching and learning spaces
- – Student amenity and breakout spaces
- – Performing Arts and support spaces
- – End of trip facilities including cycle storage, lockers, and showers.
As part of the B230 development, the listed heritage building B240 at 5 Alten Road will also be fully refurbished
The University is targeting 6 Star Green Star ratings for both Design and As-Built certifications
