Project Description

The proposed 5-15 Albert Street development is located in the West of Auckland’s CBD precinct, situated approximately 250 metres from the Waitemata Harbour waterfront. The development will offer retail, cafe, and 34,000sqm of premium grade commercial office space creating a highly activated precinct. The 37 storey tower is comprised of 6 storey mixed-use podium and 30 storeys of commercial use in addition to associated plant levels.

The podium is comprised of a number of heritage and special character buildings integrated with new fine grain volumes reflective of the areas context and character. This highly activated podium in addition to the new through site link will provide a new, safe and lively pedestrian focused public domain. The new Wolfe Lane through-site link will improve existing pedestrian connectivity between Federal Street and the waterfront, while also creating a discrete and secure on-site porte cochere for the commercial tower.
